Our journey together began with a passion for good food, honest ingredients, and creative culinary ideas. At Astra Lab, we combine our expertise from the gastronomy, hotel, and culinary industries to develop innovative products – with heart, mind, and a touch of South Tyrolean down-to-earthness.
